CHRISTIAN EDUCATION AT CHRIST LUTHERAN CHURCH
Sunday School is for everyone!
People of all ages are invited to Sunday School at Christ Lutheran Church
each week during the school year from 9:50-10:50 AM.
Childcare is provided for infants and toddlers in the nursery.
Age 3 – 5th Grade – Spark Sunday School Elementary-age students learn the stories of the Bible through music, games, art, movies, science experiments and cooking! And preschoolers (ages 3-5) learn the same stories in a special class just for them!
Middle School Youth/Confirmation – In 2011/2012 youth will be discussing such topics as “Who Wrote the Bible? God or Humans?” and “Is God Still Creating?” using the fun and interactive “Re:Form” Confirmation curriculum. Comic-style videos and an “Anti-Workbook” combined with great students are sure to make this an hour you won’t want to miss each week!
High School Youth meet each week upstairs in the Youth Lounge for conversation, learning, and lots of fun! This year we are exploring the Re:Form: Ancestors curriculum. Unlikely People. Extraordinary Stories. Re:form Ancestors is a youth Bible study that explores the ancestors of our faith by exposing the real, unpolished and unexpected personalities of Old and New Testament Bible characters. Using fun videos and an Anti-Workbook, youth discover similarities between themselves and the many unlikely people selected by God to do extraordinary things.
